When placing a preorder with Mellow Archives, you agree to the following terms:

 

Payment: All preorders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. This secures your item in our limited production run.

 

Estimated Delivery: Shipping timelines for preorders are always stated on the product page. Please note these are estimates — slight delays may occur due to production or logistics.

 

Return
Preorders are subject to our general Return Policy, which includes a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. We encourage all customers to read the full return conditions before purchasing.

 

Combined Orders: If a preorder item is purchased alongside an in-stock item, the entire order will be shipped together once the preorder is ready. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders.
